        Fry 1 cup of upma without oil.  Take 1 chopped Onion, 2 green chillies, curry leaves & Coriander leaves.
        In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, chopped onion, 2 tomatoes, salt to taste, red chilly powder fry until oil oozes out.
        Add 2 cups of water to boil. then add fried upma and sim the flame for 10 min. serve with coriander leaves.
