Aloo Masal









Boil potatoes
Remove skin and Smash them well after boiling .
Take a kadai, add oil splutter mustard seeds and fry curry leaves, onion, small piece of ginger, green chillies
Add salt and turmeric powder.
Now add the smashed potatoes and water.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.

Green Peas Fry




Boil Green peas
Take a Kadai add oil
Grind Garlic,pepper, cumin seeds and fry them in oil
Now add chilli powder and salt.
Finally add boiled peas and fry for 3 min.

Boiled egg fry


Boil required number of eggs.
Pour oil in a Pan
Add Tomato paste, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder , pepper powder and salt.
Fry boiled eggs in the mixture for 2-4 min.
Serve with Sambar, Fried rice, Veg/ Non Veg Briyani

brinjal curry



Grind garlic 5-6 with pepper and cumin seeds.
Now add oil in a kadai and fry the grinded paste.
Add Brinjals and fry for 3-5 min
Take tomatoes and onion and grind them together.
Coconut can be added if required
Now add the tomato paste into the brinjal along with salt, coriander powder, chilli powder.
At last add tamarind pulp
Allow it to cook until oil soozes out.
Finally add coriander leaves and Serve with veg/Non Veg Briyani.......

Ingredients:
1 bunch of mango pieces
2 green chillies
salt
small piece of coconut
a pinch of ginger
small onions


Procedure

Grind mango  to a smooth paste along with coconut, ginger, green chillies, onion and salt in a mixer.

Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh mint leaves (Pudhina)
1 pinch tamarind
2 green chillies

Procedure

Grind it to a smooth paste along with coconut, ginger, tamarind, green chillies, onion and salt in a mixer.

onion chutney


Take 1 cup of Small onions(shallots)
tamarind 1 pinch
cinnamon seeds
red chillies

Fry the above ingredients in oil and add salt and coriander leaves for grinding in mixie.

Finally Add oil and fry mustard seeds and curry leaves and pour them in the chutney
Serve with idly and dosa.....

Snake gourd kootu


Boil Snake gourd and moong dhal seperately
Take a kadai add oil after heating add 1 tea spoon mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, onion and fry it.
Now add the boiled snake gourd and moong dhal sprinkle coriander powder, curry leaves and coriander leaves and salt to taste.finally add coconut paste and cook for 5 min.

Add 1 table spoon oil in a pan
Fry onion,1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste,grind tomato and add to the pan.
Now add coriander powder, chilly powder, salt and garam masala.
finally add broad beans and potato then stir well and allow it ti cook for 15 min.......

Chop Ridge gourd into fine pieces.

chana kadi










1)Boil 1/4 cup Chana in a cooker.
2)Take Kadai, add onions paste fry 3-4 mins add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry well till oil oozes out.
3) Add the boiled chana into the onion tomato paste.
4)Add water abt 2 cups boil add coconut paste and cook for 10 mins .
5)Finally add Tamarind pulp and ½ tsp slightly roasted mix along with coriander leaves.
6)In a pan add oil splutter mustard seeds and few curry leaves. Add this to kadai. Simmer for few minutes and Serve hot with steam rice.

moong (green gram)







In a cooker add moong , tomato, onion, green chillies, cinnamon seeds and add water then allow it to cook for 5 whistles.
Now smash it by adding salt, add coriander leaves.
Add oil in pan heat it add mustard seeds, cinnamon seeds, onion, curry leaves,mix with  green gram in the cooker.

watermelon juice








Cut the watermelon. chop out the red pulpy layer into pieces.
Add them in a juicer with sugar and small piece of ginger.
Refrigerate it. Do not add water.

pudhina pulao








pour 1 table spoon oil, 2 tea spoon ghee in a cooker
Add 1 chopped onion, 2 green chillies, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 cardamom,
Add mint and coriander leaves paste as per rice ratio.
add 2 cup water and 1 cup rice. salt to taste.

tomato chutney

      




                 In a pan heat oil in a kadai add tomatoes, onion and green chilliesand saute till mushy.Once raw smell of tomatoes leave,add curry leaves. Add coriander leaves then transfer the ingredients to a mixer along with salt.Grind it ti a fine paste.Heat oil in pan - add the items listed under 'to temper' allow it to splutter then transfer it to the chutney. Stir well.

egg poriyal



Take a Pan.
Add 1 table spoon oil & heat it.
Add fine chopped onions (2 big onion)1 green chilly, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste,
Then 1 tea spoon chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt to taste
now add 2 beated egg allow it to cook for 10 min stir well.

Chana Masala



Ingredients
1.Chana
2.1 table spoon oil
3.1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
4.2 tomatoes
5.1 Onion
6. 1 tea spoon chilly powder
7.1 tea spoon coriander powder
8.1/2 tea spoon garam masala
9.1/2 tea spoon cumin powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Coriander leaves.

Procedure

Add Oil to a Cooker , Add 1 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it... Add Chana, Grind tomatoes and Onion in mixie. Add the mixture into the chana, now add  Chilly powder, coriander powder, Cumin powder and  garam masala. Finally add salt...
Add Coriander leaves at last......

Tomato Rice



Add 1 tea spoon Ghee and  1 table spoon oil in a cooker. chop 1 onion and fry it in oil along with 2 green chillies. As it turns pink add 2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala. Add 3 grinded tomatoes, 1 tea spoon chilly powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and salt to taste. add 2 and 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice then  add rice now. Sprinkle bunch of mint and coriander leaves.
Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 whistles...
Serve hot with raitha.....
