Preparation
Soak the soya beans for 8-10 hrs.
Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin powder, pepper powder. Heat it for a minute. Then add crushed garlic and chopped ginger. Saute this mix for 2 minutes.
Add corriander powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the above mix. Fry this for 2-3 minutes.
Add minced onion and then continue to fry the mix till the onions become transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes, continue to fry until oil separates.
Add soya beans, garam masala . cook it till 5 - 6 Whistles.
Remove from fire, add the corriander leaves and a pinch of sugar.
