Egg Fried Rice






Prepare normal White rice as usual.
Take a Kadai, Pour 1 table spoon oil, add 1 Chopped Onion with 2 green chillies.
Fry it then add  1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, fry it then add 1 chopped tomato along with 1 tea spoon cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, Turmeric powder. 
When oil separates add  2 smashed eggs and stir well.
Finally add the boiled rice.
 Serve it hot........
