Oil 1 table spoon
1 tea spoon Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tea spoon Turmeric powder
1 table spoon coriander powder
1 and half table spoon chilli powder
2 Tomatoes, 1 Onion
1 kg Chicken
salt, pepper to taste.
Procedure
Add Oil to a Kadai, After heating add ginger garlic paste, Chicken, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, Coriander powder,Salt. Toast it for 2 to 3 min. Then Add Grinded Tomatoes and Onion. Add Salt Coriander leaves and allow it to cook for 20 min.
Finally Add Pepper and sim the flame for 5 min. Now serve Hot With Rice/Chapathi
