( Pasi Paruppu ) Green Gram
- Boil Moong Dal in cooker or kadai for 10 min then smash it.
- Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water to 1 cup of dal.
- Allow it to cook for 5 min then add jaggery , 1/4 cup of coconut and cook for another 5 min.
- In a pan heat 1 table spoon ghee. fry cashews, raisins and cardamom, clove and cinnamon 1 each.
- add the contents in pan to moong dal mixture.
