Kulthi ki dal










In a cooker add Horse gram , cumin seeds, green chillies and water  & cook it for 5-7 whistles

After cooling down smash the dal by adding salt

Then cook it in medium flame along with coriander leaves.

Finally add oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds,roast  cumin  seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, onion.
and mix it with dal.

Serve it with coconut oil for hot rice
