Rajma Curry

red kidney bean curry



It is a Punjabi Dish........
It goes well with Rice & Chapati..

Initially Boil Rajma in cooker for 10 min..
Add Oil to a pan, Add 1 tea spoon of ginger garlic paste and fry it... Grind tomatoes and Onion in mixie. Add the mixture in the pan, now add each one spoon of Chilly powder, coriander powder and pinch of garam masala. Finally add salt...
(Optional  Coconut can be grinded and added if required)
Add Coriander leaves at last.......
