Simple Plantain Fry












  • Cut the Plantain into small cubes after removing the skin.
  • In a kadai add 1 table spoon of oil, heat it then add salt and chilli powder, coriander powder as per your taste.
  • Now add the cubes of plantain and mix well 
  • Allow it to cook for 10 min in medium flame.
  • crispy fry ready to taste.
