traditional Fish fry

Wash the fish pieces.
take garlic 5-8 numbers
1 tea spoon of pepper, cumin seeds
Now grind garlic, pepper and cumin seeds.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
Now mix them by adding water,
Finally apply the masala to each piece of fish and refrigerate it for 2 hrs (not freezing)
Fry the fish in a non stick pan with little oil.
Serve hot
