idiyappam with coconut milk











Dry roast the rice flour for 2 min
Add salt and oil to the boiling water and little by little to the roasted rice flour
Make a dough where it should be soft and sticky
Make a cylindrical shape of the dough and place it into the idiyappam maker
Press the sev maker into swirls onto the idli plates.
steam cook for 15 min
Serve with coconut milk and sugar.
