fish fry



wash the fish pieces
Prepare masala
take 1 spoon ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder,1 table spoon chilli chicken powder
Mix the ingredients with ample water now Apply the masala to each piece of fish and keep it in fridge(not in freezer) for about 2 hrs.
Now fry them in a non stick pan with little oil.
Serve with hot rice and sambar.
