Sooji halwa
Roast the sooji/semolina in a pan
Now add ghee, fry cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
Add water and boil it.
Now add sooji in low flame and then add sugar.
Finally fry cashews and raisins the add to the sooji halwa.
