§ Roast oats for 3 min on medium flame.
§ Heat a pan with oil and splutter mustard seeds and
channa dal.
§ Fry onion, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves
in medium flame.
§ Add water and boil for 10 min.
§ Add oats and Cook the mixture for 10
§ Serve hot with chutney.
