Add 1 tea spoon Ghee and 1 table spoon oil in a cooker. chop 1 onion and fry it in oil along with 2 green chillies. As it turns pink add 2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala. Add 3 grinded tomatoes, 1 tea spoon chilly powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and salt to taste. add 2 and 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice then add rice now. Sprinkle bunch of mint and coriander leaves.
Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 whistles...
Serve hot with raitha.....
