brinjal curry



Grind garlic 5-6 with pepper and cumin seeds.
Now add oil in a kadai and fry the grinded paste.
Add Brinjals and fry for 3-5 min
Take tomatoes and onion and grind them together.
Coconut can be added if required
Now add the tomato paste into the brinjal along with salt, coriander powder, chilli powder.
At last add tamarind pulp
Allow it to cook until oil soozes out.
Finally add coriander leaves and Serve with veg/Non Veg Briyani.......
