egg poriyal



Take a Pan.
Add 1 table spoon oil & heat it.
Add fine chopped onions (2 big onion)1 green chilly, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste,
Then 1 tea spoon chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt to taste
now add 2 beated egg allow it to cook for 10 min stir well.
Sprinkle Coriander leaves and serve it.
